What is BuildMint Queue?
BuildMint Queue is virtual queue management software for service businesses. Staff add customers to a queue, and each customer can follow their own position from a QR code or public tracking link instead of remaining in the waiting area.
Who is BuildMint Queue for?
It is designed for small and medium service organizations such as clinics, dental and veterinary clinics, salons, barbershops, car washes, auto repair shops, government offices, and service centers. Labels can be adapted to the organization's terminology.
Do I need special hardware or an app?
No special queue hardware or customer app is required. Staff use BuildMint Queue in a supported web browser, customers open a web tracking page, and an optional second browser display can show the ticket screen. A device and internet connection are still required.
Can customers add themselves to a queue?
Not in the current product. An authorized staff member creates the queue entry. The customer can then open their ticket or tracking page without creating an account.
