BuildMint Queue

Privacy Notice

BuildMint Queue is a product of BuildMint Software. This Privacy notice explains how the BuildMint Queue collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the BuildMint Queue service.

It also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you regarding your personal data.

Data handled

The service processes staff identity and session data; organization profiles, memberships, roles and permissions; locations, service providers, queues, entries, ticket tokens, reports, activity, and lifecycle timestamps; optional logo objects; subscription and transaction metadata; and support, Billing Help, email-outbox, delivery, application-log, security, and audit records. Queue entries may include a customer name and mobile number supplied by the organization.

Service providers

Clerk provides staff authentication. Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database. Cloudflare provides Pages, Workers, network delivery, and R2 object storage. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout and provides authoritative subscription and transaction events. Google Apps Script and Google Workspace may relay transactional support and lifecycle email when that delivery capability is enabled. These providers process relevant data to perform their contracted functions.

Cookies and browser storage

Clerk uses authentication and session storage that is necessary to sign staff in and protect authenticated functionality. The application stores the selected location, selected queue, and settings-layout preference in first-party local storage so staff can resume their workflow. BuildMint Queue currently loads no advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or non-essential tracking technologies. Based on this implementation, no optional-cookie consent banner is shown. This assessment must be revisited before adding analytics, advertising, embedded media, or other non-essential storage.

Use and disclosure

Data is used to authenticate staff, authorize tenant-scoped work, operate and track queues, enforce plans, recover billing, deliver transactional messages, answer requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Public tracking exposes only ticket-safe information through unguessable tokens.

Public ticket information

A customer-specific ticket or tracking page can be opened without an account by anyone who has its unguessable link or valid short code. It may display the customer's own name, queue number, position and status, the number now serving, queue and location context, and service-provider availability. It does not list other customer names or mobile numbers. Organizations should share ticket access only with the intended customer.

Sensitive information

The service is not designed as a medical-record system. Organizations should not place diagnoses, clinical notes, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in queue names or customer fields.

Security

BuildMint Queue uses authenticated staff access, organization-scoped authorization, unguessable public-ticket tokens, restricted operational logs, and provider security controls to protect the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Organizations remain responsible for authorized staff access, accurate role assignments, and appropriate handling of customer ticket links.

Retention and deletion

Never-paid Free inactivity follows 45/53-day warnings, 60-day deactivation, and eligible 90-day purge. Former customers receive at least 12 months' preservation, notice at 11 months, deactivation at 12 months, and 30 days to recover. Holds and activity are rechecked before purge. Ordinary queue personal data is not retained indefinitely; minimum billing, tax, fraud, consent, security, support, deletion-audit, and webhook-idempotency records may be kept longer under a reviewed schedule.

Your requests

Authorized users may request access, export, correction, or deletion through Billing Help. These requests are separate from automatic inactivity schedules and may be subject to verified legal, security, or billing holds.

Items requiring final legal review
